Dear Valued Community,
I am thankful for everyone's contributions to the Gaming Unlimited Network community. We have gone through A LOT over the past few years and I hope everyone enjoyed this as much as I did.
Unfortunately, some good things come to an end. Effective on November 10, 2008, the Gaming Unlimited Network server, along with its services and website will be shut down forever. I plan to sell the domain, and liquidate any of the Gaming Unlimited Network assets that are in my possession.
I spoke to Madman about this tonight, he agreed that the economy sucks and that we must set our priorities straight. Neither of us can afford to keep the ship afloat, so before it hits an iceberg and sinks to the bottom of the ocean, we decided to do the right thing and retire it once and for all. We will still hang out in the #GUNRadio channel on Global Gamers IRC network, but that will be pretty much it, unless someone in the community feels lead to take the reigns and continue where Madman and I left off.
Understandably, many of you probably saw this coming, things just aren't the same, and will not be the same. We must continue to live our lives, and have fun where possible. Gaming communities are a symbol of how people can come together from all over the world for one purpose: to have fun.
If anyone has questions or just would like to send feedback, you can do so by emailing me directly,

So, you have one too many old junk computers laying around and want to do something with them? There are many ways to approach this, such as throwing it the roof followed by running it over with a truck, shooting it with a sniper rifle, melting it with Thermite, or a more eco-friendly way: recycling it. In this article we will explore how you can do just that (recycle your pc) without having to worry about wasting expensive ammo or burning yourself in the process. |
